Interest Rate vs. APY: The APY (Annual Percentage Yield) is a percentage rate that reflects the total amount of interest paid on the account, based on the interest rate and the frequency of compounding for a 365-day period. If you receive a periodic statement, that statement will include the APY earned on your account for the period covered by the statement.

Tiered Interest Rates Apply: $.01 – $999.99 earns interest equivalent to the Regular Savings Account. $1,000.00 – $9,999.99 earns the base Regular Money Market Rate. $10,000 and over earns the base Money Market Rate plus .10 percent on entire balance. Call for current rates.

Fees: A fee of $1.00 per item will be charged for each withdrawal in excess of three during the statement cycle.

Fees: A monthly service charge of $25.00 will be charged on Platinum Money Markets if ledger balance falls below $25,000.00

The minimum deposit is $5.
This account has a variable interest rate with interest compounded annually.
You may deposit as often as you would like. If you make any withdrawals throughout the year, you forfeit any interest accrued and the account must be closed.
Interest will be added to the account annually on October 31st (or the following business day if this falls on a weekend) and money will be directly deposited into an account of your choice on November 1 (or the following business day).
