Tami Ardinger joined the loan team at Rushford State Bank in October 2013, bringing 14 years of banking experience with her. Tami grew up in rural Spring Grove area on a dairy farm. Tami has two children, Haley and Madison. She enjoys working for the small town, family owned Rushford State Bank, where community comes first and decisions are made locally.

Robin started working at Rushford State Bank in September of 2011. She has 17 years of banking experience. Robin grew up in Winona and has lived there her entire life. She is an upbeat person, loves working in customer service and is here for all your banking needs. Outside of work, Robin has been the Clerk for the Board of Supervisors in Wilson Township for 11 years.

On October 1, 2014, Denise joined the staff of Rushford State Bank. Denise is certified as a Bank Compliance Officer and a BSA/AML Professional through the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA.) Denise hails from International Falls, MN and now lives just outside Hokah with her husband, Chris. Denise’s favorite things about working at Rushford State Bank are the people and being part of a community bank that puts customers first.

Amanda started at Rushford State Bank in January 2015 as the Operations Manager. She had about 6 years of banking experience prior to that. She attended Winona Senior High School and Winona State University majoring in Finance. Although Amanda grew up in the Winona area, she now lives in Rushford and is happy to be a member of this community.

Craig grew up on a farm outside of Caledonia, MN. After Graduating from Caledonia High School, he attended the University of MN, Waseca and Mankato State. Craig has been in banking approximately 30 years. He currently lives in Brownville, MN and enjoys being on the river, fishing and spectator sports.
Michelle Woodard

Michelle Woodard started with Rushford State Bank in October 2016 as the Credit Administration Manager bringing nearly 20 years of banking experience. Michelle and her husband own and operate a 120 cow dairy farm in Winona County which also includes raising replacement dairy heifers, dairy steers and their crops.
